Pixia kicks off 2025 with acquisition of Alexco
Pixia is proud to start the new year strongly with the official completion of its acquisition of Alexco as of 1 January 2025. This strategic move brings together two companies based on the same street and provides a strong foundation for further growth and innovation, particularly within the Benelux market.
All Alexco employees will remain on board and will bring their years of expertise in the large format printing and sign industry to Pixia. This ensures continuity for existing customers, while Pixia creates new opportunities for both current and future customers.
Synergy and reinforcement
Pixia looks forward with enthusiasm to the successful integration of Alexco and the opportunities this offers to take joint expertise and service to the next level. Jeroen van Dortmont, managing director of Pixia, says: ‘The acquisition creates synergies between both companies’ product portfolios, combining our strengths in the areas of self-adhesive materials, XXL banners and textiles. These materials fit seamlessly with the mid-range Durst and Mutoh printers that Pixia represents. This allows us to offer an even stronger proposition to the market.’
